Is the calculator an offer?

No. Its example multiples and adjustments illustrate how selected factors affect a range. They are not an appraisal, a guarantee or proof of market pricing.

Does account verification mean a buyer has funds?

No. Email confirmation establishes control of an email address. Buyer review is a separate administrative step and does not replace funding verification or the seller’s own diligence.

Can I submit confidential reports?

Not through these forms. Provide high-level information only. Do not include merchant account numbers, bank details, passwords or sensitive documents.

What does an NDA request do?

It records a request for review. It does not execute an NDA, disclose files or create an introduction automatically.

Who approves a transfer?

The relevant contracts and processor or other counterparties may impose consent, assignment or other conditions. Review the actual agreements with qualified advisers.

Can Process Rite buy my portfolio?

A seller may separately authorize acquisition consideration by Process Rite LLC. This is optional. Process Rite may have a buyer interest, so independent advice is appropriate.
