Effective October 25, 2026. These website terms describe the Residual Market service operated by Process Rite LLC.

Purpose and eligibility

The website supports high-level portfolio inquiries, acquisition preferences and reviewed introductions. Use it only for lawful business purposes and only for information you are authorized to provide. Keep your account credentials private and report suspected misuse.

Accuracy and permitted submissions

Provide accurate information and update material changes. Do not submit merchant identifiers, confidential documents, banking credentials, unlawful material or information you lack permission to disclose. The operator may restrict access or decline submissions to protect the service and its users.

Review and confidential material

Account confirmation, buyer approval and listing publication are distinct steps. None is a guarantee of identity, funding, accuracy, title or suitability. Saving a listing or requesting an introduction or NDA review does not execute a contract or disclose confidential material automatically. Any NDA and permitted disclosure process must be agreed separately.

Estimates, fees and transactions

Calculator outputs use illustrative assumptions. They are not binding offers, appraisals, investment recommendations or verified market prices. This website does not process the purchase price of a portfolio. No brokerage, listing or success fee is charged automatically through the website. Any proposed transaction service, fee, representation or obligation requires a separate written agreement with the relevant parties.

Independent review

The parties are responsible for their own due diligence and professional advice. Review contractual rights, processor consent, earnings, liabilities and tax consequences before proceeding. The website does not guarantee a sale, financing, transfer approval or financial outcome.

Availability and other services

Features may be limited, interrupted or changed. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Contact us about account issues or questions before relying on an unavailable or unclear function. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
