Effective October 25, 2026. This notice describes the Residual Market website operated by Process Rite LLC. It covers website inquiries and account workflows, not the separate privacy practices of a processor or a prospective transaction counterparty.
Information provided to us
When enabled, account registration collects your name and email address and stores a protected password representation through WordPress. Buyer and seller profiles collect business contact details, acquisition criteria or high-level portfolio information, consent choices and submission history. Introduction, saved-listing and NDA-review requests are recorded. Do not provide banking credentials, merchant identifiers or confidential documents through these forms.
Website operation and security
Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. The application records security and review events. Rate-limiting identifiers are derived from an IP address rather than displaying that address in the review dashboard. WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and session functionality. No advertising tracking integration is included in this site package.
How information is used
We use account and inquiry information to provide access, review submissions, respond to requests, manage introductions, maintain records of permissions and protect the website. Email confirmation establishes control of an email address; it does not independently verify funding or transaction suitability.
Sharing and Process Rite acquisition consideration
Website and email providers process information needed to operate their services. High-level buyer and seller records are restricted to the submitting account and authorized administrators. Anonymous listings are reviewed before publication. An introduction or NDA request does not automatically disclose confidential material. With your optional, separate consent, seller acquisition inquiries and contact requests can be sent to the Process Rite portal for follow-up. This transfer includes business contact details, your inquiry and a record of consent; portfolio financial fields and buyer profiles are not transferred through this connection. You may withdraw consent for pending transfers by updating your saved profile. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to address misuse or security threats.
Retention and requests
Records are kept while needed to handle the account or inquiry, document permissions, resolve disputes or satisfy applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and any legal hold; this notice does not promise immediate deletion from backups. Contact us to request access, correction, account closure or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Requests are reviewed individually; applicable rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances.
Safeguards and updates
The website uses access controls and HTTPS when correctly deployed. No system can guarantee absolute security. This service is intended for adult business users.
