Residual Market

Residual Market

How It Works

1. Establish your objectives

Sellers identify the interest they are considering selling and their preferred timeline. Buyers define an acquisition budget, processor preferences and the types of business they can evaluate and operate.

2. Submit high-level information

Create an account, confirm your email and complete your profile. Do not upload confidential statements, merchant identifiers, credentials or banking information. This website does not provide a confidential document room.

3. Review the opportunity

Administrators review submissions and decide whether an anonymous opportunity can be made available. Buyer access is separately reviewed. A listing is a starting point for investigation, not a representation that all facts have been verified.

4. Request a conversation

Approved buyers can save an opportunity, request an introduction or request NDA review. Each request is recorded. Confidential materials are not automatically released.

5. Conduct diligence and negotiate separately

The parties and their advisers should examine earnings, contract rights, processor consent, liabilities and transfer mechanics. Price, fees, confidentiality and closing conditions belong in separate written agreements. No website action completes a sale.
